In the event you receive a defective item, please take pictures and contact us @ [email protected] within 3 days of receipt of your items with the order number in the subject line or included in the email. Under these circumstances, the exact same item will be replaced or if it is no longer available you will be offered a store credit for the same value as the damaged item. The item(s) must be unworn and show no signs of alteration.
If you never receive your items , please contact us. We will do all that we can on our end to track and be sure your items arrive to you. If it is determined that the items are lost, you will be offered a full refund.
Shipping charges are NON-Refundable! So please be sure that the correct mailing address (including zip code, apt/suite #) is entered at checkout. We will not be responsible for any packages that are returned due to an invalid/incorrect address.
